1. Oversee all workshop operations and manage production processes to standardize workshop management.

2. Coordinate externally with other relevant functional departments (sections) to ensure the smooth execution of production-related tasks.

3. Lead talent training and succession planning across all functional teams to ensure the smooth execution and seamless handover of various tasks.

4. Arrange qualification certification for workshop personnel, conduct skills enhancement training, and be responsible for performance evaluations of various functional units within the workshop.

5. Responsible for safety production management in the workshop, organizing safety training for production, conducting accident response drills, and striving to reduce safety hazards.

1. Possesses specialized experience in the quenching of aluminum alloy strips and is fully responsible for the company’s production operations; all management activities are accountable to the General Manager.

2. Strictly enforce the company’s rules and regulations and conscientiously fulfill job responsibilities; organize the formulation, inspection, supervision, control, and implementation of systems related to production, equipment, safety, environmental protection, and other relevant areas.

3. Assist the General Manager in preparing the company’s medium- and long-term development plan, approving the annual production and sales comprehensive plan, and proposing quarterly factory goals, key tasks, and major implementation plans.

4. Responsible for preparing annual, quarterly, monthly, and routine work and equipment maintenance plans; promptly organizing, implementing, inspecting, coordinating, and evaluating these plans.

5. Responsible for designing the factory’s renovation plan, as well as the product layout and coordination among processes within the factory.
