Henan Longsheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a large-scale, modern aluminum processing enterprise integrating research and development, processing, and manufacturing. The company is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Huaxia Avenue and Science Road in Changge City, Henan Province, covering an area of 67,164.83 square meters. Construction began in December 2018 and was completed in December 2021, with a total construction area of approximately 84,000 square meters. The company primarily manufactures, processes, and sells quenched coil products from the 2/6/7 series (T4/T6/T651), as well as various hot-rolled and cast-rolled aluminum sheets from the 1/3/5/8 series, patterned aluminum sheets, brushed aluminum sheets, polished aluminum sheets, and oxidized aluminum coil products. Custom specifications are available upon customer request.
Our company has 10 senior managers holding master’s and doctoral degrees. We have established a rigorous quality monitoring and management system and possess independent Technology R & D and production capabilities. The project’s construction scope primarily includes a strip mill workshop, a cold-rolling workshop, a finishing workshop, a box-making workshop, testing machines, a machine repair workshop, and warehouses. The high-precision aluminum products manufactured under this project are widely used in the production and technology development of new aluminum alloy strips and sheets for shipbuilding and aerospace applications; the processing and Technology R & D of lightweight aluminum strips and sheets for rail transit, automobiles, tank cars, and containers; the production and technology development of lightweight formwork for construction and bridges; the R & D and production of aluminum alloy materials; the surface treatment of aluminum alloy strips and sheets, as well as the R & D and manufacturing of related equipment for aluminum alloy strips and sheets; general road freight transportation services; engaging in import and export of goods and technologies; and also providing customized and related technical support for special applications and products with specialized performance.
